1. About these terms

Zovii is run by [Company legal name], a company registered in India with its office at [Registered office, Jaipur, Rajasthan] ("Zovii", "we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us for using the Zovii app and website.

By creating an account you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use Zovii.

2. Who can use Zovii

• You must be at least 18 years old. We check your date of birth at sign-up and may estimate age from your verification selfie.
• You may have only one account, on a device of your own. One active account is allowed per device.
• You must not have been banned from Zovii before, and must not be barred by law from using a dating service.

Accounts we believe belong to someone under 18 are suspended immediately and reviewed.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Indian mobile number and a one-time code sent by SMS. Keep your phone secure: anything done from your account is your responsibility.

Your profile must be about you. Use your real first name, real age and recent photos of yourself. Profiles can be verified with a selfie reviewed by our team; verified users get a badge, and some actions, such as sending Connects, need verification.

4. How Zovii works

You say what you are Looking For and, if you like, when you are free Right Now. You can send a Connect with a short note to people you see in Discover. If they accept, a chat opens.

Browsing, Connects within the daily limits, accepting and chatting are free. Limits, ranking and features may change as we improve the service. Any paid features will be offered with clear prices and their own terms before you pay.

We do not promise that you will meet anyone, or that anyone you meet is who they say they are. Verification reduces fake profiles; it does not do a background check.

5. Your content

You own the photos, text and messages you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and process them only to run, secure and improve Zovii. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep a record by law or for safety (see the Privacy Policy).

You must have the right to post everything you upload. Do not post photos of other people without their consent.

6. What is not allowed

Our Community Guidelines are part of these terms. In short, you must not:

• offer, ask for or advertise paid services, escorting or sexual services of any kind;
• post nudity or sexual content, or send it without clear consent;
• harass, threaten, stalk, shame or discriminate against anyone;
• ask for money, run scams, or promote investments, crypto or other businesses;
• impersonate anyone, use fake photos or create more than one account;
• scrape, copy or reverse-engineer Zovii, or use bots or automation.

7. Safety and moderation

To keep people safe, automated systems check photos and messages. For example, phone numbers and payment IDs shared early in a chat are masked, links are blocked, and messages that look like paid services or scams are flagged for review.

Our moderators review reports and flags. Depending on what happened, we may warn you, limit your account, hide it from others, suspend it or ban it, and we may block the device used. Serious cases may be reported to the police as required by law.

If you think we made a mistake about your account, write to the Grievance Officer (see Grievance Redressal).

8. Meeting people

You are responsible for your own interactions, online and offline. Meet in public places, tell a friend where you are going, arrange your own transport and do not share your home address early. Read the safety tips in the app.

If you feel unsafe, leave and call 112. Please also report the person in the app so we can act.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We can suspend or end your account if you break these terms or the law, or to protect other users.

10. Liability and law

Zovii is an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We provide the service "as is" and, to the extent the law allows, are not liable for the conduct of users or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; if a change is important we will tell you in the app before it applies.
